Jamie Tranter

I have been a wargamer since I was nine years old, after seeing Fellowship of the Ring in cinemas I was hooked! Since then, I have played games from most companies, including Games Workshop, Warlord Games, Grey for Now Games, Warhost, Footsore, Northstar and more.

In 2015 I was lucky enough to start working with Rubicon Models, supporting them on social media and at conventions. I also did freelance work for a range of companies until 2018, when I started working for AMMO by Mig Jimenez in their social media and marketing department, and more recently supporting our paints for miniature and wargame painters: Ionic Smart Colors.

In 2017, I launched my first business Infamous JT. Named after a wargaming club I ran called Infamous Wargaming, in a community arts building called Infamous Arts. I released 28mm scale Warsaw Uprising Poles due to my love of Bolt Action, and old school style Fantasy miniatures due to my love of "Oldhammer" and "Middlehammer."

In late 2025 I started Hollow Crown Miniatures with my friend, Florian Wortmann (Varus Miniatures). With the aim of releasing physical and digital miniatures for Grimdark enthusiasts after a lifetime of inspiration from Grimdark artists like John Blanche, and more recently: the Trench Crusade universe. Our first range, The Cruciform Order of St George, has been sculpted by the talented Ari Nielsson (aquila_sculpting). We were lucky to receive the "Compatible with Trench Crusade" license, and the support of the community on our first Kickstarter. We are excited to release more miniatures with Ari in the future!
